13U Northeast Aces
The 13U Northeast Aces emerged during the summer of 2024, building on the talent cultivated at Cove Sports Academy in Glen Cove. As the 12U season concluded, coaches recognized the potential of the top athletes and created a team that would foster both individual growth and teamwork.
The 13U Northeast Aces quickly developed a positive reputation during its first season for:

Meet the Coaches and Trainers
Dom Gatti
- Three time All-American at Adelphi University and American Baseball Coaches Association player of the year.
- Drafted by the Texas Rangers in 1993.
- Owner, Cove Sports Academy.
Nick Yip
- College experience playing for NYIT and SUNY Old Westbury
- 2x All-New York Region Outfielder and All-Skyline Conference
- Coaching experience from 12u through college level.
Pete Cappielo
- Owner, Cove Sports Academy
- At Glen Cove HS, All-County pitcher, Conference MVP, and All Long Island honors
- At Queens College, starting pitcher
Myles Kutscher
- Team Captain and outfielder/DH for SUNY Oswego, with two trips to the D3 College World Series
- Multiple awards including SUNY AC All Decade team, America Baseball Coaches Association/ Rawlngs All Conference Team
- Owner of Hammer Strength and Fitness, training youth, collegiate and professional athletes from the NCAA, NFL, MMA, and MiLB
Harrison Treble
- At Oyster Bay High School, All County and All State honors
- D-1 college starter at Manhattan College with All-Conference honors
- Eight year of coaching experience, youth through college teams
